Continue to provide a secure, clean, tranquil, and pedestrian friendly Neighborhood with a diversified type and income mix of attractive housing, a blend of small businesses and services, pockets of green space, and access to the adjacent revitalized Downtown business and commercial center and Rec Park - all complemented by pride in the Neighborhood's revitalized character, appearance, property values and sense of community.
